* Family and trauma counselling rates will be calculated based on the duration of the session and the number of people attending.

THE PAYMENT PROCESS: 

• Face-to-Face Consultation: Card facilities are available; cash is welcome. 
• Online Consultation: An invoice will be sent before the session. Please note the payment must be made a day before the session to secure the slot.
  
  

MEDICAL AID: 

Counselling MS operates as a cash practice. All clients are responsible for making the payment after every session attended and will receive a statement to claim from the medical aid after receipt of payment. Please note that online sessions will be settled beforehand to secure the slot. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure there are enough medical aid funds available and to confirm with the medical aid if they will cover the costs. Please note these sessions do not fall under the Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB).
